Delete your account

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. No app? Enter your email below and we’ll send a code to confirm it’s you.

What is deleted

• Your account: your name, email address, phone number and state.
• Your devices, so Yaadgaar stops sending you notifications.
• The record of how you used the app.

What stays with your family

• Photos, yaadein and jhalak you added to a circle stay in that circle, for the others in it. Anyone who looks after the circle can delete them.
• A circle you look after passes to whoever has been in it longest. If nobody else is in it, the circle is deleted with everything in it.
• Want your photos gone too? Delete them in the app first, from the album, before you delete your account.

Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone. A circle with nobody else in it is fully removed, files included, within a few minutes.

Signed up without an email, or no longer have access to it? Write to support@getyaadgaar.com from any address, with your name and phone number, and we will delete it within 30 days. See also our privacy policy.
